A few minutes of prep at home makes a real difference in the results you get back. Start by emptying all pockets — forgotten tissues, lip balm, and pens are the most common culprits behind stains that show up after a cleaning cycle, and they’re easy to avoid with a quick check.

Next, flag any stains you can see. A small safety pin, a piece of tape with a note, or just telling us in person works — the more we know about what caused the stain and when it happened, the better our chances of getting it out. With 35 years of experience, we know something or two about stains, but your help pinpointing them gives us a real head start.

Bring matching pieces in together so they get the same treatment — both halves of a suit, coordinating pieces of a set, or curtains and drapes that need to match. Finally, take a quick look for anything that shouldn’t go through cleaning: loose buttons, broken zippers, delicate trims, or items that may need tailoring first. Pointing those out at drop-off helps us protect your clothing and call out any repairs before the cycle starts.
